How to Make it:

Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot with the bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle the taco seasoning into the salsa, stir well to combine, and then pour this over the chicken and vegetables.

You can add a slight water if you think the dish requires more liquid but remember the chicken and salsa furnish more liquid as they cook. Cover the crockpot and cook the chicken combination on high for about five hours or on low for about seven hours. When you can verily shred the chicken with a fork, it is done.
