Get Lean Meal Plan- Lose 10 lbs in 14 days

The new year is on us and here we are with our big list of resolutions to get done.  The only way to avoid failure is to start off the year with not only an optimistic attitude but a determination to push through despite what.  The latter is easier said than done. I know. I've been losing the same 20 lbs over and over for years now. I've recently gone on an easy to follow diet and I'm going to give you 1 weeks worth of plan. It's a healthy weight loss plan. It helps you lose weight fast without endangering yourself in the process. Let's call it the "get lean meal plan". Don't forget to drink at least 8 hours of water a day. Eat smaller bites and chew slowly. Have fun!
