Thai Chicken and Basil recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients for the chicken and Thai holy basil recipe:

- 3 v. tablespoons fish sauce
- The 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup (30 grams oz / 1) loosely packed Thai basil
- Oil 2 tablespoons peanut oil or vegetable
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 small red chilies, seeded and chopped
- 4 chicken breasts, sliced
-250 g (8 oz) snow peas, trimmed

Directions to the chicken and Thai holy basil recipe:

First Place fish sauce, lime juice, tomatoes, basil, stir and add 1 tablespoon water in a bowl and all the best.

Heat a wok over high heat and add the second a little 'oil and stir to coat side. Add garlic, onion and chilli and cook for about 1 minute or until it smells. Add the chicken and cook about 3 minutes or untilis the type of staining.
