Method:

Put the lentils in a colander and rinse under cold water.
Dry-roast coriander and cumin in a large saucepan over low heat for about 30 seconds. Stir in curry paste.
Add the lentils in the saucepan with the bay leaf and lemon peel Pour the broth.
Stir, then bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, half cover the pan with lidand cook gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
